Fueline – R is powerful formulation which is combination of strong carbon dispersant, emulsifier & corrosion inhibitor. This formulation is used effectively for decarbonization & descaling of entire thermic fluid system. This is an ideal solution to be applied before replacement of thermic fluid from any system.
Continuous use of thermic fluid systems results in to deteriorating of thermic fluid. The main causes for deterioration are oxidation & cracking. |

OXIDATION:
Oxidation at higher temperatures causes formation of sticky carbon. Which causes formation of sticky carbon? Which causes choking of the system & reduced heat transfer efficiency & also produces acidic products? These add to viscosity of the oil along with increase in corrosion rate at internal parts of thermic fluid heating system. |

CRACKING:
Overheating of the thermic fluid caused by insufficient circulation. This results in to depolymerization of long chain compounds.
This adds up into formation of ash, carbon etc. as suspended solids causing localized heating above cracking temperature of Oil.
Cracking results in to release of higher hydrocarbons which reduces viscosity & flash point of thermic fluid. Polymerization causes by these hydrocarbons form deposits reducing floe rate & heat transfer efficiency. |

DOSAGE & APPLICATION |
Fueline – R is to be dosed in proportion of 5 – 10 % in thermic fluid. The optimum dose will be declined only after observing actual system status & working conditions.
Numatik Engineer will provide technical assistance to set up optimum dosages according to your operating conditions. and available dosing system in
your plant.
The difficult carbon deposits can be removed only by a strong penetrant & dispersant. FUELINE-R contains a penetrant which dissolve hard carbon deposits. This action is enhanced by built in strong emulsifier catalyst. A corrosion inhibitors also present in the product will ensure the completion of the job without corrosion & pitting. |
STORAGE & HANDLING |
| FUELINE-R should be stored in an air tight container away from direct heat. Always store at cool & dry place. FUELINE-R is an solvent oil based solution normal precaution should be taken while handling. Wash thoroughly with water in case of contact. Do not swallow. |
