FUELINE-X is a formulation which contains dispersants, chemicals & corrosion inhibitors. it is a free flowing powder ,non toxic and safe to handle it is to be dosed directly into the furnace while the combustion equipment is in operation. |

FUELINE-X when enters a high temperature zone it vaporizes and forms a thin film on the comparatively cooler surface of the furnace the combustion catalyst reduces ignitation temp. of the adhering carbon permitting to burn at reduced temperatures. Oxidizing agents provide the combustion oxygen. |
The action of FUELINE-X exposes the bare metal of the heat exchanger. The corrosion inhibitors protect the metal from corrosion by acids produced during cumbustion & prevent scale formation due to metal oxidation. |
FUELINE–X keeps the equipment at the peak efficiency while traditional cleaning methods cause a sharp decrease in efficiency & increase in stack temperature between shut-downs. |

DOSAGE & APPLICATION |
FUELINE-X can be dosed into the furnace,economizer,superheater packed in a container itself or blown with the help of air pressure gun. The minimum temperature required for application is 350 – 400 deg. cent. HANDLING & STORAGE |
FUELINE-X is an alkaline compounds may cause irritation with skin. Avoid contact with eyes and nose. In case of contact wash with plenty of fresh water. Do not swollow. Keep container dry, closed & away from direct heat. |
FUELINE-X is available in standard pack containing 10 units packs of 1.0 kgs. each. |
